Ajith is the Real-Hero

The social networking sites are singing hosannas about Thalai. Chinmayee who was present at the Nehru Stadium the venue tweeted –“And then Mr Ajith Kumar came up and gave this speech. Truly admire the man for his forthrightness. Couldn't help joining the crowd, in cheering him.”

Similar messages from Kollywood stars like Vishal, Arya, Trisha are there on their blogs, facebook or twitter accounts.

In Kollywood, the actor has become a major celebrity and everyone says unanimously, that he said what they always wanted to say but were too scared to spell it out.

And superstar Rajinikanth giving him a standing ovation has made Ajith a real life superstar. Says an upcoming hero: “ The Tamil Film Producers Council, Nadigar Sangam and FEFSI were twisting the arms of artists to perform on stage or face Red Card. Ajith sir is truly a hero for exposing them.”

Though a section in the industry led by veteran director Bharatiraja feels : “An artist must have social awareness and he must join people’s cause.”

This group is now gunning for Thalai, but it would be very difficult to take him on as the public and media support for Ajith Kumar is phenomenal.
